Modern and a nice size rooms with spectacular views over pretty much the whole park. Comfortable beds and nice clean facilities.

I had an amazing time at this place. The location was perfect, nestled on a low hillside with a great view of the surrounding area. The service was top-notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a dining table. The patio was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I was pleasantly surprised to find free toiletries, as well as cookware and kitchen utensils for convenience. The electric kettle and electric blankets added to the comfort of my stay. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of luxury. The outdoor dining area was a nice bonus, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here.

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our New Zealand trip and it was a great experience! the rooms were spacious and had a double bed, good heating, and a kitchen. 🌟 Everything was beautiful and made our stay comfortable.

This place is conveniently located near bars, restaurants, the ferry, Long Beach for swimming, and other attractions. Also enjoyed spending evenings in Hone's Garden nearby when the weather was bad.

We had a lovely stay at Russell Top 10 Holiday Park! The scenic location was peaceful and amazing. The 2 bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable, providing a real sense of privacy. The disabled toilet was a great bonus. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the fantastic view and the wild Weka's roaming the hotel. we highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and family-friendly atmosphere.

We followed Sasha's advice and walked around the shops, which was pleasant. the hotel's location was on a low hillside, which gave us a good view of the harbor and Paihia. the cabin was nice and clean, and the facilities well presented.

Felt so much at home, nothing to complain about.

The location was great with stunning views of the surrounding areas. the staff were nice and helpful. There were complimentary towels and tea towels which was a nice gesture, and the kitchen was well-equipped.

The rooms had issues with an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom facilities were not up to par. the beds were uncomfortable and had a strange, uneven surface.

Wow! Just returned from a fantastic holiday where we stayed in a wonderful park. Loved the beautiful gardens and top-notch facilities. The location was also great, we were able to easily walk to the village with its picturesque surroundings. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Although overall our stay was excellent, there were some things we weren't too keen on. The walls in the cabin were a bit thin, and we could hear our neighbours' conversations.

The location was perfect, being close to the town centre and the Strand waterfront with its abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the facilities, including the cabin, was excellent. We also appreciated the provision of towels, cutlery, and plates, as well as the gas BBQ and picnic bench outside.
